For organizations working in testing, inspection, certification, and compliance, operational excellence depends on accuracy, consistency, and informed decision-making. As business processes become more data-intensive, artificial intelligence can help professionals manage information efficiently while maintaining essential quality standards.
With this focus, TÜV Rheinland Bangladesh partnered with NetCom Learning Bangladesh for an exclusive session on “AI for Business Excellence.” The session was conducted at the TÜV Rheinland Bangladesh office in Alauddin Tower.
Rather than focusing only on basic AI tools, the training explored how artificial intelligence can support practical business functions. Participants examined potential applications across marketing, sales analysis, operational planning, reporting, research, internal communication, and knowledge management.
The discussion included ways AI-assisted tools can help teams organize complex information, identify patterns in business data, prepare structured reports, and improve the consistency of routine workflows. Participants also explored how automation could support selected stages of marketing and sales processes while preserving professional judgment and human interaction.

The training was led by MD Imdadul Islam, Head of Training at NetCom Learning Bangladesh, and Hassan Md. Zubair, Subject Matter Expert. As AI CERTs® Certified Trainers, they shared department-specific examples and demonstrated how professionals can connect AI capabilities with clearly defined business needs.
An important part of the session focused on responsible implementation. In testing, inspection, certification, and compliance-related work, AI-generated outputs must be verified against approved standards, documented evidence, and established procedures. Confidential information should only be used within authorized systems, and qualified professionals must retain responsibility for decisions that affect safety, certification, compliance, or customers.
The engagement of the TÜV Rheinland Bangladesh professionals reflected a thoughtful approach to digital upskilling. By combining practical AI literacy with established expertise and governance, organizations can explore meaningful improvements without compromising the accuracy and trust on which their services depend.
Special appreciation goes to Abida Meem and Mst. Mobina Akter Mim for their hard work and coordination in making the session successful.
