As organizations grow, artificial intelligence can help professionals reduce repetitive work and spend more time on analysis, problem-solving, and strategic responsibilities.

With this objective, Renaissance Group partnered with NetCom Learning Bangladesh for an exclusive session on “AI for Workplace Productivity.”

The session introduced practical ways AI can support everyday professional activities, including document preparation, information summarization, report development, meeting documentation, internal communication, research, and task planning. Participants explored how these applications can simplify selected administrative processes without removing the need for professional judgment.

Advanced prompting was another important part of the discussion. The participants learned how clear instructions, relevant context, defined constraints, and structured output formats can improve the usefulness of AI-generated responses. These techniques can help teams produce more consistent initial drafts and organize information more efficiently.

The session also examined how AI-assisted tools can support data-informed decision-making. By helping professionals compare information, identify patterns, and present findings clearly, AI can make business data easier to evaluate. Any output used for operational or strategic decisions, however, must be checked against accurate organizational information.

The training was facilitated by Fahmidul Alam, Subject Matter Expert and AI CERTs® Certified Trainer. Through workplace-focused demonstrations, he connected AI concepts with practical responsibilities and showed how thoughtful automation can improve selected workflows across departments.

Responsible use remained central to the session. Employees should avoid entering confidential company, client, supplier, or employee information into public or unauthorized AI platforms. AI-generated content must also be reviewed for accuracy, relevance, bias, and alignment with organizational policies before it is used.
