For a technology-driven organization, workplace productivity depends on more than technical infrastructure. Clear communication, efficient administration, and well-managed people processes are equally important for supporting employees and maintaining consistent operations.
With this focus, NetCom Learning Bangladesh recently conducted a specialized session on “AI for Workplace Productivity” for the HR and Administration professionals of Link3 Technologies Limited. The session took place at the company’s headquarters in Police Plaza Concord, Gulshan, Dhaka.
The training explored practical ways artificial intelligence can assist with routine workplace responsibilities. Participants examined applications in document drafting, information summarization, meeting documentation, report preparation, internal communication, task planning, and administrative workflow management.
Talent acquisition was another important area of discussion. AI-assisted tools can help HR teams structure job descriptions, organize recruitment information, prepare interview frameworks, and manage candidate communication. However, hiring decisions must remain under human oversight, with careful attention to fairness, privacy, and the potential for algorithmic bias.

Participants also learned advanced prompting techniques designed to make AI-generated outputs more accurate, relevant, and structured. The discussion highlighted how clear objectives, suitable context, defined constraints, and appropriate output formats can improve results across different HR and administrative tasks.
The session was led by MD Imdadul Islam, Head of Training at NetCom Learning Bangladesh and an AI CERTs® Certified Trainer. Through workplace-focused demonstrations, he showed how AI can be connected with existing responsibilities to reduce repetitive effort and create more time for employee engagement, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
Responsible AI use remained central throughout the training. Employee records, applicant information, compensation data, performance details, and confidential organizational documents should only be processed through authorized systems. All AI-generated content and recommendations must be reviewed before being used in communication or employment-related decisions.
Link3 Technologies Limited’s participation reflected its commitment to strengthening the digital capabilities of the teams that support its workforce and operations. By combining practical AI skills with responsible governance, HR and Administration professionals can improve selected processes while preserving the human judgment their roles require.
Special appreciation goes to Jafar Imam Sajal and Mst. Mobina Akter Mim for their hard work and coordination in making the session successful.
