Effective corporate training does not end when the final session concludes. Its real value becomes visible when professionals begin applying what they have learned, encounter practical challenges, and refine their approach through experience.

With this focus on continued implementation, Akij Venture Ltd. hosted a dedicated follow-up session for participants of its “AI for Supply Chain Management” training. The session was conducted by NetCom Learning Bangladesh to review progress, discuss implementation experiences, and identify opportunities for further improvement.

Participants reflected on how they had approached AI-assisted workflows following the initial training. The discussion provided space to examine which techniques had been useful, where limitations had emerged, and what additional guidance was needed to apply AI more effectively within supply chain responsibilities.

The follow-up also introduced participants to updated tools and more advanced optimization strategies. Practical discussions covered how AI can assist with demand analysis, inventory planning, supplier communication, report preparation, information synthesis, and the identification of operational patterns.

Rather than treating AI as an independent decision-maker, the session emphasized its role as a support system. Recommendations related to suppliers, inventory, procurement, or logistics must be validated against reliable business data and reviewed by responsible professionals before implementation.

The program was led by MD Imdadul Islam, Head of Training & Solutions at NetCom Learning Bangladesh and an AI CERTs® Certified Trainer. He guided participants through updated approaches while addressing questions shaped by their real workplace experiences.

Data governance was also an important part of the conversation. Confidential supplier information, pricing data, contracts, shipment records, and internal forecasts should only be processed through approved and secure systems. AI-generated analysis must be checked for accuracy, missing context, and unsupported assumptions.

This follow-up initiative reflects Akij Venture Ltd.’s commitment to turning professional development into practical capability. By reviewing implementation after the initial training, the organization can better understand what is working, where additional support is required, and how new skills can be embedded into everyday operations.
