Connecting academic talent with meaningful career opportunities is an important part of building Bangladesh’s future-ready workforce. On-campus recruitment allows students and recent graduates to understand professional expectations, engage directly with employers, and explore roles aligned with their interests and capabilities.
On Monday, October 20, 2025, NetCom Learning Bangladesh conducted an on-campus recruitment drive at Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB). The initiative focused on identifying promising candidates for the positions of AI Trainer and Sales Development Executive.
The recruitment drive brought NetCom Learning Bangladesh closer to talented students and graduates interested in artificial intelligence, professional training, business development, and technology-enabled learning. It also gave participants an opportunity to learn more about the responsibilities, skills, and growth possibilities associated with the available roles.
For aspiring AI Trainers, the opportunity called for more than technical understanding. The role requires an ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and help professionals apply AI tools responsibly within real workplace environments.

The Sales Development Executive position offered a different but equally valuable pathway. Candidates interested in communication, relationship development, organizational learning, and consultative sales could explore how businesses identify capability gaps and select suitable training solutions for their teams.
Beyond filling immediate vacancies, the event created a direct connection between university learning and evolving industry requirements. Conversations with students helped highlight the growing importance of communication, problem-solving, adaptability, business awareness, and practical digital skills across modern careers.
We sincerely appreciate the collaboration of the Independent HR Society (IHRS) and Career Guidance, Placement and Alumni Relations at IUB. Their support helped create an organized and welcoming environment for meaningful interaction between the participating candidates and the NetCom Learning Bangladesh team.
We also thank every student and graduate who participated with curiosity and enthusiasm. Their engagement reflected the strong potential of Bangladesh’s emerging workforce and the value of creating more opportunities for academic institutions and employers to work together.
The recruitment drive at IUB was not simply about receiving applications. It was about meeting individuals who may contribute to the next chapter of professional learning, AI capability development, and business growth in Bangladesh.
