Artificial intelligence is creating new career paths not only in software development and data science, but also in professional education. Organizations increasingly need people who can translate complex AI concepts into practical learning experiences for students, professionals, and business teams.

On Thursday, October 16, 2025, NetCom Learning Bangladesh conducted an on-campus recruitment drive at Daffodil International University (DIU). The initiative focused on identifying promising candidates for the positions of AI Trainer and Curriculum Developer.

The event gave DIU students and graduates an opportunity to explore careers at the intersection of artificial intelligence, education, communication, and instructional design. Participants could also gain a clearer understanding of how technical knowledge is transformed into structured training that addresses real learning requirements.

An AI Trainer needs more than familiarity with popular AI tools. The role requires subject knowledge, confident communication, practical demonstration skills, and the ability to explain unfamiliar concepts to learners with different levels of experience.

The Curriculum Developer role focuses on designing the learning journey behind a course or training program. Responsibilities may involve defining learning objectives, organizing topics, developing activities and assessments, preparing instructional resources, and ensuring that content remains accurate, relevant, and understandable.

Both positions require curiosity and continuous learning. AI tools, models, capabilities, and professional use cases evolve quickly, making it important for trainers and curriculum professionals to review new developments critically and update learning materials when necessary.

The recruitment drive also highlighted the value of transferable skills such as research, presentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and written communication. Strong candidates in AI education must be able to connect technical understanding with the actual needs of learners and organizations.

Responsible AI knowledge is equally important. Professionals developing or delivering AI training should understand accuracy limitations, data privacy, intellectual property, bias, academic integrity, and the need for human verification of generated outputs.

On-campus recruitment creates a useful bridge between university education and professional expectations. Direct conversations with employers can help students understand emerging roles, assess their current capabilities, and identify the skills they need to develop for future opportunities.
