NetCom Learning Bangladesh and Quazi Consultants have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking the beginning of a strategic partnership focused on workforce development and professional training in Bangladesh.

The MoU signing ceremony took place on 24 August 2026 at the Quazi Consultants office in Gulshan, Dhaka. The partnership brings together NetCom Learning Bangladesh’s experience in technology and professional training with Quazi Consultants’ expertise in consulting, facilitation, leadership development, and organizational learning.

At the heart of this collaboration is a shared goal: to help professionals and organizations develop practical capabilities that respond to changing workplace and industry demands. Through customized learning interventions, the two organizations aim to make high-quality, industry-relevant training more accessible across Bangladesh.

The MoU was signed by Quazi M. Ahmed, Founder and Managing Partner of Quazi Consultants, and Nazmul Hasan Nayon Khan, Lead Learning Consultant at NetCom Learning Bangladesh.

Representatives from both organizations attended the signing ceremony. Quazi Consultants was represented by S M Arifuzzaman, Dr. Farazi Binti Ferdous, Ahmed Ehsanur Rahman, Khandakar Muhitur Rahman, Shafiul Alam Rubel, and S. M. Mustafizur Rahman. The NetCom Learning Bangladesh team included Shahriare Rahman, Jafar Imam Sajal, Faiaz Amin Mimo, Fahmidul Alam, and Zarin Tasnim Mim.

Through this partnership, the organizations will work together to design and deliver practical training programs in areas such as artificial intelligence and workplace productivity, IT certifications, cloud computing, cybersecurity, leadership, human resources, coaching, and professional development.
