To explore how artificial intelligence can support these priorities, Pandughar Group partnered with NetCom Learning Bangladesh for an in-depth session titled “AI for Business Excellence.”

Pandughar Group operates across a broad range of sectors, including consumer goods, ready-made garments and textiles, real estate, information technology, asset management, agriculture, facilities management, and commercial distribution. This diverse business environment requires employees to manage significant volumes of information while collaborating across departments and organizations.

During the session, participants explored practical ways AI-assisted tools can simplify everyday work. Applications included organizing and summarizing information, drafting reports and professional communication, supporting research, structuring meeting notes, and reducing time spent on repetitive administrative tasks.

The discussion also examined how AI can support strategic decision-making by helping professionals find relevant information, compare alternatives, and communicate insights more clearly. These tools provide the greatest value when they assist human expertise rather than attempt to replace it.

Responsible AI use remained an important part of the training. Participants were encouraged to verify AI-generated content, protect confidential company information, recognize the limitations of each tool, and retain human accountability over business decisions.
