The “AI for Future Leaders” seminar and Agent X Launching Program brought together students, teachers, and faculty members from several institutions to explore the growing role of artificial intelligence in careers, innovation, and future-ready skill development.

Participating institutions included Daffodil Polytechnic Institute, Daffodil Technical Institute (DTI), Daffodil Institute of Engineering & Technology, Daffodil Institute of IT (DIIT), and Bangladesh Skill Development Institute (BSDI).

The seminar focused on helping students understand how AI is influencing career development, professional growth, and innovation across different sectors. Discussions also explored how students can prepare for an increasingly AI-driven future by developing practical technology skills and greater awareness of emerging tools.

Abdur Rahman Mamun, Head of Partnerships at NetCom Learning Bangladesh, and Mashahed Hassan Simanta, Mentor at NetCom Learning Bangladesh, shared insights on AI, career opportunities, innovation, and the changing expectations of future professionals.

Jafar Imam Sajal also played an important role in hosting and coordinating the event, helping create an engaging learning experience for participants.

A major highlight of the program was the introduction of Agent X, an AI prompting competition presented by NetCom Learning Bangladesh, powered by Microsoft, and conducted in collaboration with AI CERTs. The initiative provides students with an opportunity to explore AI prompting, creativity, structured thinking, and practical problem-solving.

The event reflected the importance of connecting academic learning with emerging technologies and practical skills. Participation from multiple institutions also created an opportunity for broader student engagement and knowledge sharing around AI.
