With this focus, The Premium Homes Ltd. partnered with NetCom Learning Bangladesh for a specialized training session on “AI for Real Estate Professionals.”

The session explored practical ways AI can support different stages of the real estate workflow. Participants examined its potential applications in market research, property valuation support, sales pipeline management, customer communication, reporting, and the analysis of property and buyer data.

A key part of the training focused on predictive analytics and data-informed decision-making. When used with accurate and relevant information, AI-assisted tools can help professionals identify market patterns, evaluate sales opportunities, and understand changing customer preferences. However, property valuations and investment decisions must always be reviewed by qualified professionals and supported by verified market data.

Participants also explored how generative AI and advanced automation can assist with routine tasks such as drafting property descriptions, organizing client enquiries, preparing reports, summarizing documents, and creating structured follow-up communication. These applications can save time while allowing real estate professionals to concentrate on client relationships, negotiation, and strategic planning.

The session was led by MD Imdadul Islam, Head of Training at NetCom Learning Bangladesh, and Md. Shihab Reza, Subject Matter Expert. As AI CERTs® Certified Trainers, they shared practical insights into connecting AI capabilities with everyday business requirements in the real estate sector.

Responsible AI adoption remained an important part of the discussion. Real estate organizations must protect client information, verify AI-generated content, avoid discriminatory recommendations, and maintain human oversight in decisions involving valuation, eligibility, contracts, and financial commitments.
