Managing a diversified business group requires teams to work effectively across different industries, responsibilities, and operational systems. Clear communication, organized information, and efficient collaboration become especially important as the organization continues to grow.
With this focus on workforce capability, BHL Group welcomed NetCom Learning Bangladesh for an exclusive training session on “AI for Workplace Productivity.”
Since beginning its journey in 1990, BHL Group has expanded into sectors including ceramics and sanitaryware, real estate, logistics, paper, chemicals, packaging, oil and feed. The session explored how generative AI can support professionals working across this diverse corporate environment.
Participants examined practical applications for preparing reports, summarizing documents, organizing information, improving business communication, and generating structured first drafts. These tools can reduce the time required for repetitive administrative work and give employees more space for analysis, planning, and creative problem-solving.

The discussion also addressed responsible AI use. Employees should protect confidential organizational information, verify AI-generated content, and ensure that every output reflects accurate business data, company policies, and appropriate professional judgment.
By developing practical AI skills across its workforce, BHL Group is strengthening its ability to work more efficiently across multiple business functions. The session reflected how thoughtful technology adoption can support collaboration, adaptability, and informed decision-making throughout a diversified organization.
