With this focus on organizational capacity, Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) welcomed NetCom Learning Bangladesh for an intensive session on “AI for Workplace Productivity.”

PKSF works across Bangladesh through development programs and a broad network of partner organizations, supporting poverty reduction, employment opportunities, resilience, and inclusive growth. Managing work at this scale requires professionals to process information efficiently, coordinate across teams, and maintain clarity in everyday communication.

During the session, participants explored how generative AI can support these responsibilities by simplifying routine data management, accelerating research, assisting with reports and presentations, and improving daily communication. The training emphasized practical applications that professionals can adapt to their own roles and workflows.

The discussion also addressed the importance of using AI responsibly. Effective adoption involves combining intelligent tools with human judgment, organizational policies, data protection practices, and careful review of AI-generated output.
