As artificial intelligence becomes part of everyday business, the ability to communicate with AI effectively is emerging as an important workplace skill. For marketing professionals, well-structured prompts can support faster research, stronger content development, clearer communication, and more consistent outputs.
To strengthen these practical capabilities, the marketing team at New Asia Group participated in a day-long intensive training on “AI for Prompt Engineering,” conducted by NetCom Learning Bangladesh.
The training moved beyond basic AI commands and introduced participants to structured prompt engineering techniques. The team explored how context, objectives, audience details, constraints, examples, and output formats can be combined to produce more relevant and useful responses.
The session also examined practical applications of prompt engineering in marketing. These included developing campaign concepts, organizing market research, drafting audience-focused content, analysing approved business information, improving internal communication, and creating repeatable workflows for routine tasks.

Participants learned that achieving a useful result from generative AI is rarely about finding one “perfect prompt.” It involves defining the task clearly, reviewing the response, identifying gaps, and refining the instructions until the output meets the intended purpose.
The program was led by Hassan Md. Zubair and Fahmidul Alam, Subject Matter Experts and AI CERTs® Certified Trainers. Through practical demonstrations and guided exercises, they helped participants understand how advanced prompting frameworks can connect creative thinking with structured business objectives.
Responsible AI use remained an important part of the discussion. Marketing teams should avoid entering confidential company information, customer data, unreleased campaign materials, or commercially sensitive documents into unapproved AI platforms. AI-generated content should also be reviewed for accuracy, originality, brand alignment, and potential bias before publication or business use.
By developing prompt engineering capabilities across its marketing function, New Asia Group is helping its professionals approach AI with greater clarity and confidence. The goal is not to replace human creativity, but to give teams a more capable assistant for turning ideas into well-structured, carefully reviewed work.
We appreciate the trust placed in NetCom Learning Bangladesh and recognize the contributions of Shuria Akter Ethuna, Business Development Executive, and Abdullah Al Noman, Training Coordinator, in coordinating the program.
