Building practical AI capability across an organization requires more than a single training session. Employees working in different locations and functions need opportunities to understand how intelligent tools relate to their own responsibilities and everyday workflows.
With this objective, NetCom Learning Bangladesh facilitated four batches of the “AI for Business Excellence” program for professionals at Beximco Pharmaceuticals PLC.
The program brought together participants from Beximco Pharma’s Tongi Factory and BEL Tower in Dhanmondi. Engaging teams from both operational and corporate environments created opportunities to explore how AI can support different areas of pharmaceutical business operations.
Across the four batches, participants examined practical applications of generative AI for research, document summarization, reporting, presentation development, data analysis, and workplace communication. The sessions also demonstrated how structured prompting can help professionals generate clearer and more relevant outputs.

The program emphasized that AI-generated information must be verified before use, especially within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Confidential data should remain protected, while every output must align with organizational policies, professional judgment, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.
Conducting the program across multiple batches helped make the learning relevant to professionals with different roles and operational contexts. It also reflected Beximco Pharma’s commitment to building AI awareness across its workforce rather than limiting digital capability to a single department.
Through this initiative, NetCom Learning Bangladesh supported Beximco Pharma’s professionals in developing practical and responsible approaches to workplace AI. The four-batch program demonstrated how structured workforce development can contribute to more informed, efficient, and adaptable business operations.
