Leveraging AI for Operational Efficiency at Betopia Group

Operational efficiency is not achieved through technology alone. It begins with understanding how work moves across an organization, identifying where delays occur, and applying the right tools to improve each process. As companies grow, artificial intelligence can help teams manage this complexity with greater speed, consistency, and clarity.

With this objective, NetCom Learning Bangladesh recently conducted a specialized session on “Leveraging AI for Operational Efficiency” at the headquarters of Betopia Group, an enterprise ecosystem operating across technology and other industry domains.

The session focused on helping participants identify workflow bottlenecks and explore where AI-assisted automation could add practical value. The discussions covered repetitive task reduction, information processing, internal communication, reporting, resource planning, and faster access to business insights.

Participants also examined how existing workflows can be redesigned before introducing automation. This is an important step because automating an inefficient process may only reproduce the same problems at a greater speed. A well-planned AI roadmap begins with clear business objectives, reliable data, defined responsibilities, and measurable performance indicators.

The training was led by Subject Matter Experts Md. Tanvir Khan and Md. Shihab Reza, both AI CERTs® Certified Trainers. Through business-focused examples, they demonstrated how professionals can use AI to organize information, generate structured outputs, support decision-making, and reduce time spent on routine operational activities.

The session also addressed the responsible use of AI within corporate environments. Participants were encouraged to verify AI-generated information, protect confidential business data, use approved platforms, and maintain human oversight over decisions with operational, financial, or customer implications.

For an organization already working across technology and innovation, developing practical AI capabilities among employees adds an important human dimension to digital transformation. Betopia Group’s participation reflected its commitment to refining internal workflows and building teams prepared to work effectively with emerging technologies.

Special appreciation goes to Eashika Akter and MD. Peyal Sarker for their hard work and coordination in making the session successful.
