NetCom Learning Signs MoU with CepSes Bangladesh and Positive Plus Foundation

NetCom Learning Bangladesh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CepSes Bangladesh Ltd. and Positive Plus Foundation, marking the beginning of a collaboration focused on youth empowerment, education, skills development, and social impact in Bangladesh.

CepSes Bangladesh Ltd. provides consulting services in areas such as project profiling, feasibility studies, and business consultancy, while Positive Plus Foundation works with young people through education, leadership, mental health awareness, and community-focused initiatives.

The MoU establishes a framework for the three organizations to collaborate on educational initiatives, training programs, skill-development activities, and sustainable development projects that can create meaningful opportunities for young people.

Representing CepSes Bangladesh Ltd. and Positive Plus Foundation were Ramon Chandra Talukdar, Chairman of CepSes Bangladesh Ltd.; Dr. Md Monoarul Haque, Director of Research & Development; and Dr. Mohammad Shahjahan, Advisor.

Through this collaboration, the organizations aim to combine professional learning, youth engagement, and development-focused initiatives to support young people in building practical skills, confidence, and greater readiness for future opportunities.
